At ProQuick Real Estate, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent refund and return process. Please take a moment to review our policy below:
Returns
We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. You can return items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, including any tags, labels, or documentation.
- The item must not have been installed, used, or modified in any way.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at info@proquickrealestate.click. Once your return request is received, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back without this authorization, as they may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. After the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you of the reason and, in some cases, may offer you an alternative solution such as a store credit or exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team at info@proquickrealestate.click. We will assist you with arranging a suitable exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the item in stock. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund instead.
Shipping Costs
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@proquickrealestate.click. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged product and will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt, we will either send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

- Items purchased through promotional offers or clearance sales may be subject to different return conditions. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of those promotions at the time of purchase.
